Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License Issued – Cited

Officers were on patrol and conducting speed enforcement when they observed a speeding vehicle. LIDAR determined that the vehicle had been traveling at 52 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the vehicle revealed that the driver had never been issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a store employee, reported that the suspect had attempted to pick up a package but his ID did not match the name on the package. The victim refused to give the package to the suspect and the suspect responded angrily by pushing the victim and attempting to go behind the counter to retrieve the package. The attempt was unsuccessful and the suspect exited the store without further incident.

Officers responded to a report of a fire, which was later successfully extinguished by SFFD. After further investigation, it was determined that a fence had been intentionally set on fire.

Officers responded to a report of a fire, which was later successfully extinguished by SFFD. After further investigation, it was determined that a trash can had been intentionally set on fire.  

Suspended License – Marijuana for sale – Cited

1500 Sloat Blvd
TNT officers were on patrol in the area and observed a suspicious vehicle. After further observation, it was determined that the occupants of the vehicle were selling marijuana. The occupants were later cited for selling marijuana and for driving with a suspended driver’s license. 

Stolen Vehicle

2200 Taraval St
TNT officers were on patrol in the area when they responded to a report of a stolen vehicle, which was being tracked. The officers located the vehicle and detained the occupants. A search of the vehicle located burglary tools inside a backpack. The suspect stated that his friend had let him borrow the vehicle for $60 so he could pick up his girlfriend. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
