Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol – Arrested

19th Ave & Ulloa St
Officers were on patrol in the area when a vehicle was observed making a U-turn, despite numerous signs nearby that prohibited it. The officers made contact with the driver and immediately observed that the driver exhibited signs of being intoxicated. A field sobriety test was administered to the driver, which the driver failed. After further investigation, the driver was arrested.
