Officers were in the area conducting speed enforcement and tracked a vehicle, via LIDAR, traveling at 60mph in a 35 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted and a computer check revealed that the driver did not have a valid driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Officers responded out in search of a suspect who was involved in a previous incident of assault and located the suspect’s vehicle. The officers conducted a traffic stop and after identifying the driver as the suspect involved in the incident, the suspect was arrested.

200 Lobos St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she had confronted the suspect, who was in the vehicle, about their car blocking her driveway. The suspect responded by splashing water, from a water bottle, at the victim before leaving driving away and leaving the area.

West Portal Ave & Vicente St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, who was collecting signatures for a recall, reported that the suspect had approached her and pretended to sign the petition but crossed off names that were on the petition instead. The suspect then threw the pen at the victim, which hit the victim’s face. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
