Officers responded to a report of a suspect with a gun. The witness reported that he was in the area and observed the suspect brandishing a gun in public. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained two subjects matching the reported details. A search of one of the subjects revealed a torch lighter replicated to look like a gun and methamphetamine in their possession. The subject was arrested.
