The witness stated that they had observed the suspect acting suspiciously and looking into the victim’s vehicle before notifying the victim. The victim went to his vehicle and observed missing items that had been inside his vehicle. The victim then confronted the suspect and detained him until SFPD arrived. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
