The victim reported that she had been walking when the suspect suddenly attempted to take the cellphone out of her hand. The suspect was unsuccessful and immediately walked away.

The victim reported that the suspect, a previous tenant, had returned to the building despite having been evicted. The suspect then ripped apart the boarded-up doorway. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Responding officers located the vehicle and the suspect, who tried to quickly walk away from the officers despite being ordered to stop. A computer check revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen and that the suspect had an arrest warrant. The suspect stated that the vehicle had been unattended and he decided to sit inside it. The suspect was arrested.
