Officers responded to a report of vandalism. The witness, a MUNI driver, told the officer that the suspect was on the bus and refused to get off at the end of the line. The witness was able to wake the suspect up, and he left. A short time later, the suspect shattered the bus window. Officers located the suspect, and the suspect refused to comply with lawful orders. The suspect was later arrested.
