Officers responded to a report of indecent exposure. Responding officers located the suspect, who spoke in tangents and with unintelligible words. A computer check revealed two arrest warrants. The suspect was arrested.
Robbery with Force – Case# 220086137

Broad St & Plymouth Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he had been on a MUNI bus when the suspect approached him and took the cell phone out of his hands. The victim attempted to retrieve his property but a second suspect prevented him and threatened that their friends were also on board the MUNI. The victim was frightened and exited the bus.

33rd Ave & Taraval St
The victim reported that he had been walking when a vehicle drove up to him and the vehicle’s passenger asked the victim a question. The suspect then exited the vehicle and attempted to hand the victim money. The victim declined and the suspect then tried to offer the victim a yellow colored necklace, which the victim also declined. The suspect then snatched the victim’s own necklace and immediately fled the area with it.
