Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim, a contractor, stated that he had entered the house to work when he observed a known suspect in the middle of packing up his belongings. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a fight. Responding officers arrived at the scene and located the parties involved. The victim stated that she had been in an argument with the suspect, who then began throwing things out on to the street as well as setting an item on fire. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
