Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. Responding officers arrived at the location and found the suspect still on property. The building’s security confirmed that the suspect did not live there and did not have permission to be there. A computer check on the suspect also revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.

The victim reported that she had been in front of her house while walking her dog when the suspect’s vehicle pulled up next to a second vehicle, a truck that was parked nearby on the street. The suspect exited their vehicle and began to remove items off the second vehicle’s truck bed. The victim attempted to record the suspect’s activity on her cellphone and the suspect responded by pointing, the victim believes, a gun at the victim. The victim then ran behind a vehicle to hide while the suspect entered their vehicle and left the area.
