Officers responded to a report of dispute between neighbors. The victim reported that she had heard yelling and screaming from her neighbor, the suspect, before hearing a loud noise. The victim then discovered that her window had a crack in it and was damaged. After further investigation, the suspect was cited and arrested.
Evading a Police Officer

Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle without front license plates and heavily tinted windows. The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle refused to stop and immediately fled away at a high rate of speed.
