Noriega St & 30th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a person with a gun. The victim reported that he had been driving a rental car when the suspect’s vehicle passed him by and the victim honked his horn at the suspect. The suspect stopped his vehicle and the victim attempted to drive around the suspect. However, as the victim passed the suspect’s vehicle, the suspect rolled down a window and pointed a gun at the victim. The victim then drove away from the suspect.

The victim reported that he had been walking when the suspect approached him and declared that he had been looking for the victim because the victim had stolen from the suspect. The suspect then shot at the victim and immediately fled the area.
