The victim reported that he had been stopped at a traffic light when the suspect, using his own vehicle, hit the victim’s vehicle three times before driving away. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Junipero Serra Blvd & Garfield St
The victim reported that he had parked his vehicle and locked the doors but had also left one of the windows ajar. When the victim returned to the vehicle, he found that the suspect was inside the vehicle. A witness also reported that the suspect was observed reaching into a vehicle’s window and opening the vehicle’s door. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
