An employee of Parkmerced, reported that he had been driving to his worksite when he observed the suspect yelling and holding on to a shotgun. The victim stated that the suspect also pointed the shotgun at homes across the street as well as pedestrians that were walking by. Responding officers immediately secured the scene and contacted the Hostage/Crisis Negotiation team who, a few hours later, successfully persuaded the suspect to walk out and be taken into custody without further incident.

The victim, a library employee, reported that a known suspect had been playing loud music inside. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect responded by attempting to strike the victim. However, a security guard blocked the blow from hitting the victim. The suspect then left the area.

The victim reported that they had confronted the suspect, who had trespassed on to her property and used the victim’s water. The victim confronted the suspect and told her that she was trespassing. The suspect responded angrily and threatened to bomb the victim’s place before leaving.
