Officers responded to a report of an assault with a neighbor. The victim reported that he had an on going argument with his neighbor. Recently, the victim stated that the neighbor had tried hitting him with rope and throwing pieces of wood, which had nails in it, at him.

The victim reported that he had confronted the suspect, who had parked a vehicle on the sidewalk in front of the victim’s house. The suspect responded by yelling angry profanities at the victim before making derogatory references to the victim’s race and then threatened to burn down the victim’s house.
