The victim reported that he had been driving when the suspect honked at him. The victim pulled over and the suspect walked up to the victim before punching the victim’s face and returning to his vehicle. The victim followed the suspect’s vehicle a short while before the suspect pulled over. The victim attempted to record the suspect, who then approached the victim a second time and pepper sprayed the victim, causing pain and injury. The suspect left the scene.
