Officers were on patrol and were flagged down by the victim. The victim reported that he had been in an argument with the suspect, his landlord, when the suspect angrily punched the victim.

Officers responded to a report of an incident of lewd conduct. The victim stated that she was exiting her parked vehicle when the suspect approached her while in his vehicle. The suspect then pulled down his pants and exposed his genitals. The victim attempted to walk away from the suspect, but the suspect slowly followed the victim in his vehicle. The victim then tried to film the suspect who then fled the area.
