Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle traveling at a dangerous and high rate of speed while failing to stop at posted stop signs. The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle continued to flee and ignore stop signs. The officers did not pursue the vehicle due to public safety.
