Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The witness, a realtor, reported that a tenant had called after observing someone inside an empty apartment. The witness checked the apartment and confirmed that the suspect was inside the apartment. However, the suspect immediately walked way from the apartment after seeing the witness. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited for trespassing.

While detaining the suspect for the above trespassing incident, a second victim came forward and reported that the suspect had also stolen from him earlier. After further investigation, the suspect was also cited for theft.
Stolen License Plate – Case# 220161814

3500 Quintara St
An officer was on patrol in the area when he observed the suspect exit one vehicle and enter another one. Both vehicles did not have a front license plate. The officer conducted a vehicle check, which revealed that one of the license plates had been reported as stolen but the vehicle had not been reported as stolen. The suspect was cited for the stolen license plate.
