Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident that turned into robbery. The victims, store employees, reported that the suspect had been observed in the self-checkout line before walking into the elevator without paying for any of the items. The victims attempted to take photos of the suspect and the suspect responded by throwing store items at them and spat on them. The suspect then exited at the rooftop parking area, entered their vehicle and fled the area.
