200 Arch St
Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victims reported that they had been outside their house when the suspect suddenly ran into their house and hid in the bathroom. Responding officers made contact with the suspect and detained him without incident. The suspect admitted to having ingested methamphetamine and was feeling paranoid. The victims declined to press charges and the suspect was released to medics for care.
