Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that their neighbor, the suspect, had started yelling about a parking spot in front of their apartment. The victim attempted to record the incident but the suspect responded by striking the victim’s hand and pushing her. Responding officers made contact with the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
