Officers responded to a report of a dispute. The victim reported that the suspect was observed taking the victim’s garbage can. The victim confronted the suspect, who responded by pushing the victim. A struggle ensued, resulting in a broken window. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

The victim reported that they had been seated inside their vehicle when the suspect walked up to the vehicle and hit the side mirror with his hand. The victim confronted the suspect, who responded by hitting the victim twice before leaving the area.
Brandishing a Weapon – Case# 220730594

An employee was outside when they observed the suspect throwing garbage out of their vehicle. When the suspect noticed that the victim was watching them, the suspect made a comment and brandished a firearm at the victim before returning to their vehicle and leaving the area.
Shoplifting – Violation of Stay Away – Case# 220729757

Officers responded to an incident of shoplifting. The witness reported that the suspect, who was known to the officers, was observed entering the store, selecting merchandise and exiting the store with the items which caused the security alarm to sound. After further investigation, the suspect was later arrested.
