Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision involving pedestrians and located the two pedestrians on the ground. One pedestrian was taken to the hospital for immediate treatment while the second pedestrian was deceased. The driver, who had remained at the scene, was also transferred for medical treatment and later arrested.
