Possession of an Open Container – Resisting Arrest – Case# 230192031

9th Ave & Irving St
Officers responded to a report of a person swinging a stick at traffic. Responding officers arrived the location and observed the suspect being belligerent with an open container of beer. The suspect was placed in handcuffs despite resisting arrest and was later cited.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that the suspect had been yelling on the street and the victim was conducting a wellbeing check when the suspect suddenly hit the victim with a water bottle.

200 Winston Dr
The victim, a security officer, stated that the suspect had been observed attempting to start fights with multiple people before trying to steal alcohol. The victim confronted the suspect, who then attempted to fight with the victim. The victim pepper sprayed  and handcuffed the suspect. Responding officers arrived at the location and observed the suspect spitting at the victim. A computer check revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.

The victim stated that they had been sitting in their vehicle, with the window half opened, when a vehicle stopped next to the victim’s vehicle. A suspect then exited the passenger’s side, pointed a gun at the victim and demanded the victim’s watch. The victim refused and the suspect hit the victim with the firearm before entering their vehicle and fleeing the area.

400 Arballo Dr
Officers responded to a report of a shooting. The victim stated that three days ago, a group of suspects had come over and asked about a package that had been delivered. The victim responded that there had been no delivered packages and that the person had moved out. The suspects then came back everyday afterwards and earlier that day, they threatened to shoot at the house if they did not get the package. The victim then hid inside and heard a gun shot. The victim investigated and discovered window damage.
