Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the roadway before stopping, reversing and driving over the median. The officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who showed signs of intoxication. A field sobriety test was administered and after further investigation, the driver was arrested.

The victim stated that they had been loading items into their vehicle when the suspect approached and demanded the keys to the vehicle. The suspect then threatened to shoot the victim but the victim did not see a gun. The victim responded by pepper spraying the suspect, who then walked away from the victim. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
