The victim stated they had honked at a park taxi to move out of a parking spot. The suspect, the taxi driver, moved the taxi but then exited the vehicle and yelled at the victim for honking before spitting and attempting to kick the victim. The suspect then entered their vehicle and drove it directly in the victim’s direction before leaving the area.
