Officers responded to a report of a person breaking into vehicles nearby. Responding officers located three parked vehicles that were recently damaged and a blood trail leading into an apartment house. The officers made contact with the suspect, who initially refused to open the apartment door, and rendered aid for the suspect’s injury. The suspect admitted to damaging the vehicles in retaliation because the owner had “messed with” the suspect. The suspect was arrested.

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle failing to stop at a posted stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that they had never been issued a California driver’s license. The driver was cited and the vehicle was towed.
