Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that an elderly man had been walking his elderly dog daily. The elderly man would sometimes pull on the leash and collar when the dog gets tired. Today the victim told the officers that a suspect confronted the elderly man and had pushed him. The victim intervened and was pushed as well.
