Evading a Police Officer Recklessly, Traffic Violation Arrest – Case# 250058457

Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed and failing to stop at the Stop sign. The vehicle drove away from the Officer and turned off its headlight in the process. Officers were able to obtain the first four characters of the license plate. Utilizing the license plate readers in the area, Officers were able to identify the owner of the vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and the owner admitted to speeding away from Officers. The driver was arrested for recklessly evading a police officer.
