Officers on patrol observed two vehicles running red lights. The vehicles stopped at the gas station next to the ATM. The officer believed that the suspects were in the process of stealing the ATM. The suspects saw the officers and fled the scene. Officers attempted to chase the suspect, but the suspect was fleeing recklessly. The officers stop the pursuit.
