A reportee in a wheelchair approached the officer and informed him that a vehicle was illegally parked in a handicap space and was occupying two parking spots. The officer approached the vehicle and observed a half-consumed bottle of hard liquor with the cap removed in the middle console. The officer made contact with the driver, who exhibited signs of intoxication. There were three children seated in the back seat. Officers conducted an investigation and subsequently arrested the driver.
Robbery – Case# 25070680

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that he was walking to the bus stop when three juvenile suspects approached him and demanded the victims belonging. The suspects grabbed the victim, and one of the suspects snatched the victim’s necklace. The suspect fled the scene.
Assault – Case# 250706991

3800 Alemany Blvd
Officers responded to a report of an assault with pepper spray. The victims were involved in a non-injury accident. Information was exchanged, but the suspect couldn’t provide her insurance. An argument ensued, and the suspect pepper-sprayed the victim and left the scene.
