The victim told officers that she was inside the restaurant when a suspect she recognized as someone who is frequently in the area walked in and punched her without provocation. The suspect then left the scene.

Officers responded to a fight. The victim told officers that he was walking his dog when he saw the suspect, who had previously attempted to break into a home. The victim told the suspect to leave the area. The suspect then took out his phone and began filming the victim. The victim slapped the phone out of the suspect’s hand, and the suspect punched the victim.
Battery of A Police Officer – Resisting Arrest

Officers responded to a report of a suspect lighting objects on fire and throwing items. Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect. The suspect fled the scene. Officers were able to catch up to the suspect and placed him in handcuffs. The suspect started kicking at an officer, making contact. A witness told the officers that she saw the suspect light a shoe on fire in front of a home. The witness put the fire out. The suspect then threw an item at the witness’s son. After further investigation, the suspect was cited and transported to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
