A Sergeant was on patrol when he observed a subject sitting in front of a doorway blocking the entrance. The Sergeant conducted a consensual encounter, and a computer check revealed the subject had eight active warrants for his arrest. The subject was arrested.

Officers were on patrol when they observed a known subject. The officers had previous knowledge that the subject had warrants for his arrest. The suspect was detained without incident and later arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a suspect spitting at a worker. The victim told the officers that the suspect was lying outside, blocking the doors to the building. The victim told the suspect to leave, and the suspect got aggressive. The suspect spat at the victim and left the scene.

The victim told the officers that two suspects confronted him. One of the suspects pushed the victim down and took a part of his bicycle and deflated his tires. The suspects fled the scene.
