Officers on patrol observed a subject lying on the floor. The subject appeared to be asleep on the ground, obstructing the sidewalk. The subject was woken up, and a computer check on his name revealed a warrant for his arrest. The subject was later arrested.

An elderly victim was attempting to use the bathroom but was not able to make it to the urinal, and he ended up urinating on the floor. The suspect, who was exiting a bathroom stall, saw what was happening and pushed the victim, causing him to fall onto the ground. The suspect was cited.
