Burglary – Case# 260171732

Officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress. The witness told officers that she was inside her home when she heard a metal gate rattling. The witness looked out her window and observed the suspect walking toward her neighbor’s garage, opening it, and entering. The suspect was later located and detained. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested for burglary.

Warrant Arrest – Defrauding – Case# 260173095

Officers responded to a report of a suspect refusing to pay for his meal. Officers detained the suspect. A computer check on the suspect revealed a warrant for his arrest. The victim declined to press charges. The suspect was arrested for his warrant.

Battery – Resisting Arrest – Case# 260173302

1400 47th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a child crying and possibly being home alone. The witness told officers that she and her friends heard a child crying and later determined the child was home alone. The suspect, the child’s father, returned home and appeared to be intoxicated. Officers had previously responded to the same address regarding other family-related incidents. Officers attempted to check on the child’s well-being, but the suspect refused and, at one point, grabbed an officer and pushed him. The suspect was later arrested for child-related crimes, resisting, and battery on an officer.
