Officers on patrol observed a vehicle with expired registration. Officers conducted a traffic stop, and a computer check on the driver revealed a warrant for her arrest.

Officers were notified of a stolen vehicle that was captured by Flock camera. Officers located the vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. However, the suspect vehicle fled at a high rate of speed. Officers disengaged from the pursuit, and the vehicle was lost in the area.

The victim told the officers that he accidentally bumped into the suspect. The suspect became upset and grabbed a bottle of drink. The suspect opened it and threw the liquid onto the victim. The suspect then grabbed another bottled drink and threw it at the victim. The suspect walked away.
