Officers responded to a report of a suspect discharging a firearm in his backyard. A neighbor reported observing the suspect pointing the firearm into the air. Officers attempted to contact the homeowner. The subject later exited the residence without incident. Further investigation revealed that the firearm was a pellet gun.
