Officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a bank. Officers arrived on scene and observed three suspects exiting the bank and entering a vehicle. The vehicle fled from the officers. The vehicle later stopped, and the three suspects fled on foot. One of the suspects was later located and arrested.
