1100 Junipero Serra Blvd
Officers on patrol observed a vehicle without a front license plate and with a headlight out. The officers then observed what appeared to be a home-printed rear license plate. A computer check of the license plate yielded no results. The officers conducted a traffic stop. A computer check revealed that the driver’s license was suspended. After further investigation, the driver was cited.
