Officers were notified that an attempted homicide suspect had entered the City and County of San Francisco. The suspect was wanted out of Walnut Creek. Dispatch provided updated location information for the suspect vehicle through the FLOCK camera system. The vehicle entered the Taraval District, where officers conducted a search and located it. The suspect was detained without incident. Officers from the Walnut Creek Police Department responded to the scene and took custody of the suspect.

The victim reported that he was walking when an unknown suspect drove by in a vehicle and sprayed him with liquid from what appeared to be a water gun. The vehicle then fled the area.
