Driving Under the Influence – Assault – Loaded Firearm in Vehicle – Case# 260453875

The victim was driving his vehicle when his vehicle was rear-ended by the suspect vehicle. The victim followed the suspect until it parked in front of a garage. The suspect came out and pointed a firearm at the victim. The victim drove away, hearing the clicking sound of the suspect pulling the trigger. Officers were later able to detain the suspect. The suspect had all the signs of being intoxicated. Officers also located a firearm in the vehicle. The suspect was arrested.

Security personnel told officers that the victims were seated in the ADA section and had several additional people with them who were not ADA. The suspect seated behind them was unable to see. The victims told officers that the suspect had threatened to shoot them. No weapons were observed.
