Today, the suspect told her to leave and began punching her multiple times. The victim ran out of the apartment.

The victim was riding MUNI when he observed the suspect engaged in a verbal argument with passengers over loud music. The suspect began verbally threatening to harm the passengers. The victim told the suspect to leave the bus. The suspect then became involved in a verbal argument with the victim. The suspect placed his hands around the victim’s neck and pushed him backward. The victim fought back, and the suspect left the scene.
