Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim told officers that an unknown suspect had been lurking in his backyard. Officers searched the backyard and located the suspect hiding in some bushes. The suspect was detained. The victim observed that the suspect was wearing the victim’s husband’s shoes. A computer check of the suspect revealed an active warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

The victim came to Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim asked the suspect, her relative, to clean up the suspect’s bedroom. The suspect pushed the victim onto the floor, struck her, and bit her.
