Officers responded to a report of a shooting. The victim told officers that he went to his assigned parking area, where his vehicle was parked, and saw another vehicle blocking him in. The victim called 311 to report the violation. While he was on the phone, the suspect came out of his house and began yelling at him. The victim told officers that he took out his pepper spray and told the suspect to leave. The suspect then pulled out a firearm and fired one shot in the victim’s direction. The victim told officers that he was not struck. Officers later located the suspect and the firearm. The suspect was later arrested.
