Officers responded to a report of a fight between housemates. The witness told officers that two housemates got into a verbal argument over items blocking the doorway. The argument escalated when one housemate pepper-sprayed the other. The other housemate then picked up items and used them to strike the housemate who had pepper-sprayed her. After further investigation, both housemates were cited.

The victims were walking when they observed an unknown suspect standing in front of the stairwell of his house, holding his genitals. The suspect walked into his house and went to the balcony to play with his genitals.

The victim told officers that a known suspect had trespassed into the building office. The suspect had previously caused issues by yelling at and threatening the employee and had broken a window in the office.
