Officers responded to a report of a burglary at a restaurant, where the victims had detained the suspect. The witness told officers that he observed the suspect enter through the employee-side door. Another employee went to investigate and saw the suspect attempting to leave with an employee’s e-scooter. Officers investigated the incident and reviewed surveillance footage. The suspect was subsequently arrested.
