Security officers flagged down two sergeants regarding a known trespasser inside the store. The suspect saw the sergeants and began to walk away. The sergeants attempted to place the suspect in handcuffs, but he briefly resisted. The sergeants eventually placed the suspect in handcuffs. Security officers told the sergeants that the suspect had spit at them. A computer check revealed an outstanding warrant for the suspect’s arrest. The suspect was subsequently arrested.

An officer was responding to a traffic collision. While responding, the officer observed a vehicle in front of him failing to stop at a stop sign. The officer followed the suspect and observed the driver failing to stop at another stop sign in front of a school. The officer conducted a traffic stop. The driver was later cited and issued a request for re-examination.

The victim was picking up her daughter when they noticed the suspect standing on the balcony of his home, fondling his genitals and masturbating. Over the course of several days, the victim continued to see the suspect engaging in lewd acts.
