Officers responded to a report of a suspect sitting in a possible wheelchair and performing lewd acts under a gray blanket. Officers located the suspect and instructed him to remove the blanket. When the suspect removed the blanket, the officers observed a clear glass pipe containing burnt residue fall onto the sidewalk. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Officers observed a vehicle reversed into an unoccupied parked vehicle. Officers then observed the driver exit her vehicle and inspect both vehicles. The driver subsequently returned to her vehicle and was able to leave the scene. Officers detained the driver, and a computer check revealed an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Officers instructed the driver to leave her contact information for the owner of the vehicle she had struck. The driver was subsequently arrested on the outstanding warrant.
