The victim told the officer she was talking with a known suspect she had met several times on the street. During the most recent conversation, the suspect became angry about what she had said and proceeded to assault her, causing injuries.

Trespassing – Case# 260581357

1500 40th Ave
Officers responded to a report of trespassing. The school principal told officers that parents had reported seeing a suspect enter the school grounds. Officers later located the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was cited for trespassing.

Drug Offense – Case# 260580428

Beverly St & 19th Ave
Officers on patrol observed a subject sitting on the sidewalk next to a wooden police baton. Officers detained the subject. The subject told officers that his neighbor had given him the baton. A computer check revealed that the subject was on probation with an active search condition. A search of the subject revealed a paraphernalia pipe and a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine, which was later confirmed. The subject was subsequently cited.
